Master Practitioner of Holistic Creative Therapy (MPHCT) Training

Overview:
Our Master Practitioner program is designed for those ready to deepen their expertise and refine their skills in holistic creative therapy.  It offers advanced techniques and insights to elevate your practice to the next level. Where HICAT is modality focused the Master Practitioner program is psychology and counselling focused – both use creativity and art making as therapy.

Key Features:

Advanced exploration of art based therapy methodologies and their therapeutic applications.

Practical hands on art based exercises

In-depth study of holistic healing frameworks and their integration into client-centered practices.

Mentorship and feedback from experienced practitioners (Tutors and peers) to hone your craft.

​​Who It's For:

Practitioners, experienced Therapists and individuals who want to forge a strong foundation in holistic art based therapy, this course empowers you to become a proficient practitioner capable of facilitating profound healing experiences for yourself and others.

​Course focus:  Advanced Techniques

Learning format:  Online Modules and Assignments, Interactive workshops and mentorship

Support:  High support – Access to Course Facilitator - Personally assigned course Assessor - Zoom based 2 hour hands on weekly workshops - Private Facebook student community and Study Buddy opportunities – weekly live Zoom Q&As (recorded to watch later if you can’t attend)

Prerequisites:  None

Art Therapists in the UK must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), which is the statutory regulator of the profession. The Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy Practitioner Training course and the Master Practitioner of Holistic Creative Therapy courses are not HCPC approved programmes and completing the courses will not lead to participants being able to register as an Art Therapist or to provide art therapy.

Our Founder and Director Katie is also a Practitioner of the beautiful skills she facilitates in the Holistic Creative Therapy training courses.

 

As a Creative Arts Facilitator and Creative Wellbeing Coach Katie hosts and designs uniquely tailored workshops for both one to one clients and community groups.
