A Mind Body Education Training Course
Join me, Katie, from May to December 2026 for a truly special HICAT Practitioner Hybrid Learning experience.
This unique hybrid journey blends live online learning with deeply nourishing in-person sessions held in my cosy creative cabin in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

​​You’ll become part of an intimate, small-group experience, journeying together to explore the wellbeing benefits of creativity - while also learning the science behind how and why creative processes support healing.
A maximum of 4 students will ensure safety, depth, and individual support.
Designed for those who value relationship, embodiment, and lived experience.

On completion, you’ll graduate as a Certified HICAT Practitioner, with the confidence
to call yourself a 'Creative Arts Facilitator' or 'Creative Therapist'.
​
Places are offered following a gentle, informal interview.
