About Creative Relaxation (Important)
Creative Relaxation sessions provide wellbeing support through creativity, mindfulness, and gentle reflective practices.
These sessions are not counselling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment.
I do not diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions
If you are currently under medical or psychiatric care, please ensure they are aware you are undertaking this work
If you are in acute emotional crisis, please contact your GP, mental health team, or emergency services
Your participation is always voluntary, and you may pause or stop any activity at any time.
What You Can Expect From Me
A thoughtfully planned (never scripted) session tailored just for you
Creative materials supplied for in-person sessions
A safe, intuitive, compassionate space
Gentle guidance through creative and relaxation practices
Tools you can continue at home, should you wish
Clear explanations, deep listening, and supportive questions
Confidentiality, professionalism, and care
What I Ask From You
Arrive on time
Communicate openly and ask questions if anything feels unclear
Avoid alcohol or drugs before sessions
Let me know if anything feels uncomfortable or overwhelming
Engage gently with the creative activities offered
Take responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after the session
Session Details
Sessions are held in my garden cabin studio or online
For online sessions, please have basic creative supplies available (paper, pens/pencils, optional water-based paints)
Sessions may include gentle art-making, relaxation, mark-making, journalling, visualisation, movement, or simple rhythm work
You are welcome to bring a notebook if you enjoy reflecting afterwards
Confidentiality
Everything shared in our sessions is held in confidence.
Exceptions apply only if:
there is risk of harm to yourself or others, or
I am legally required to report a concern
Insurance & Professional Standards
I am fully insured to offer Creative Relaxation and wellbeing sessions.
I work in alignment with:
The CMA Code of Ethics (for professional standards and conduct)
The Association for Coaching Code of Ethics
Both guide the integrity, safety, and quality of my practice.
Payment, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Full payment is required to secure your booking at least 3 days in advance
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
I will also give 48 hours’ notice should I need to adjust a session
Late cancellations (under 48 hours) may be chargeable at my discretion

By booking a session, you confirm that:
You understand the nature of Creative Relaxation sessions
You take responsibility for your own wellbeing
You participate voluntarily and can stop at any time
You understand this is a wellbeing service, not therapy or medical advice
