Creative Business Programme by Let’s Craft NI Have you ever wanted to explore how you could turn your "hobby" or side hustle into a small business? Ever wondered if you could earn an income from something you’re passionate about? Would you love to become your own boss? The Creative Business Start Programme by Let’s Craft NI is perfect for those who would like to begin the journey of becoming their own boss. In this 8 week programme you will explore ways to start your own small business. The course includes ‘thinking time’ to look at key areas such as defining your business idea, goal setting, marketing, staying motivated and more. You’ll gain clarity on your business idea and work on a mini “business plan” using a creative journaling approach. You’ll take part in some fun, creative activities throughout the course, including journaling and other artistic tasks, which will enable you to boost your confidence and your creative thinking. In each session, participants will work in their 'Mixed Media Personal Goals Journal', which will form the start of a mini "business plan". Programme Outline: Each session includes reflection time as well as optional 'homework'. This is a space where your ideas can unfold step by step - with structure, support, and room to breathe. Together, you’ll move through: Week 1 – Welcome, introductions & personal SWOT Week 2 – Vision, values & mood board Week 3 – Developing your service & pricing Week 4 – Understanding your customers & competition Week 5 – Finance & legal considerations Week 6 – Confidence, motivation & goal setting Week 7 – Start-up planning, marketing & sources of support Week 8 – Review, reflection & next steps
